The responsibility of the trustees is to guide the executive committee, especially in the organization of major events. For events, activities or purchases that entail large monetary commitments (e.g., purchase of new public address systems, organization of special paid programs), the Board of Trustees shall deliberate on proposals received from the Executive Committee. In all matters that the Board of Trustees votes on, a simple majority carries the motion.
